1) General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. All returns must comply with the conditions outlined below to be eligible for a refund.
2) Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition as received. This means the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
3) Proof of Purchase and Condition
Customers are required to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, when requesting a return. In addition, a clear explanation and photos of the product must be provided to confirm that the item is in new and unused condition.
4) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. This includes items such as underwear, beauty products, and cosmetics. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
5) Return Process
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team via email at info@isabelles-closet.com or through our contact form. Returns must be approved in advance. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions along with the return address.
6) Shipping and Tracking Requirements
All returned packages must include a valid track & trace code, which must be shared with us. This allows us to monitor the return shipment and confirm its delivery to our warehouse. Returns without tracking cannot be verified, and therefore may not be eligible for a refund.
7) Refunds
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Once approved, the refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
