1) Introduction
Thank you for choosing Isabelle’s Closet. We appreciate your order and aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience from checkout to delivery. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process.
2) Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.
3) Delivery Time
After processing, orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors, but we always aim for timely delivery.
4) Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping on all orders as part of a limited-time promotion. Under normal circumstances, shipping within Canada costs $4.29 per item, but these fees are currently covered by us.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any original shipping costs may also be deducted where applicable.
5) Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. This allows you to track your order in real time. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to become available.
6) Delivery Issues
Although rare, issues may occur during shipping. In such cases, we will assist as follows:
If your order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If your package is lost or undeliverable, a replacement will be issued free of charge.
If delivery fails or a package is refused, it will be held at the local post office for a limited time. If it is not collected, it will be returned to us. A second failed delivery or refusal may result in a deduction of $30.00 from your refund.
7) Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. If you change your mind, you may return your order after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

At Isabelle’s Closet, all products are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards. We aim to deliver items that meet expectations in both quality and presentation.
